Ninash Foundation Funding

How you can help?

You can help the 50 million underprivileged children of India by supporting the drive to continue to raise funds. Your tax-deductible contribution to the Ninash Foundation, a 501©(3) charitable organization, will directly support the project. A donation of $5000 will build a classroom in a school; $3000 will pay a teacher’s annual salary; $100 will support a child through an entire year of education; any amount will help provide supplies and pay a teachers salary. As the individuals in the Learn and Serve in India program have shown, you can make a difference. Professor Ashok Malhotra and Ms. Linda Drake return to India regularly to check on the progress of the Indo-International Schools.

In 2009, the Ninash Foundation has established its goal of raising $250,000 to set up a trust fund, the interest from which will be used to pay for the salaries of teachers as well as the recurring expenses of the Indo-International Schools. Ashok Malhotra will match any contribution from $50 up to $10,000 to the trust fund.
